Jason has a wealth of experience in brass bands and adds great depth to the tuba section of the band. He has previously been a member of Footscray-Yarraville (1993-1997), Moreland-Brunswick (2001), Willoughby City Band (2003-2005) and Pacific Brass Band (2003-2004). In 2007 Jason had the pleasure of playing as a guest of New Zealand’s renowned Dalewool Brass.
 
A very versatile musician, Jason not only plays tuba but also trombone, bass guitar, and guitar. In the solo arena, he holds the distinction of winning three consecutive Victorian Tuba Solo Championships, two on Eb and one on BBb tuba.

Jason works as a professional musician and has been a member of Royal Australian Navy Band since 1999. He has two children Alexandria and Zachary with his wife Rachel, herself a former member of the Royal Australian Navy Band.
